Happy Holidays, share and give with love.
2017 was a difficult year full of challenges for consumers facing a rough economy, price increases and tough financial time now and ahead. Here at Consumer Debt Centre (CDS) the year had come to a close for the Festive Holiday season. Like all families, we are spending time with our loved ones and taking a well-deserved break.
We hope and wish for all our readers, Facebook friends and clients a well-deserved Holiday and for those working, may you enjoy the big days with your families and friends.
Consumers must take extra caution from overspending. Don’t allow the shops to take your purse on a hopping spree with all its magnificent offers and gifts that one can buy for loved ones, or splash you bonus on oneself. Plan shopping trips and keep the budget close to the heart with a spending limit in mind before your outdoor shopping ventures. Don’t buy on credit this holiday. Budget is the magic word, plan with cash in mind only.
If you did not do your budget, do not spend your hard-earned money before you do your budget. If you have a New Year resolution to become debt free, bank your bonus to pay off small debt. Use those payments freed-up towards your bigger debt and increase your payments that can settle the debt faster.
CDS would like to take the opportunity to thank all our clients for trusting us enough helping them managing their finances during a personal difficult time. To all our loyal blog readers, thank you for taking the time and being part of CDS’s efforts to educate and keeping our readers up to date with the changes in the industry. The success of CDS would not have been possible without our clients who trust us enough helping them live a better life.
We wish all our readers a Merry Xmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Year. If you and your loved ones are traveling over the festive holidays, please ensure you rest well, and drive safe and stay alert wherever you may go.
Look out for our next blog round about the 15th of January 2018. We will be available during the holidays. So, please when you need help with your debt, head over to our website www.debtcentre.co.za or Whatsapp 0826412328.
